Conference topics will include: The Cohesive Strategy, an Insurance Panel featuring experts on insurance issues, strategies for fundraising and other relevant topics.
The Insurance Panel for this year’s events will include representatives from the California Department of Insurance, the Insurance Information Network of California, the Institute for Business and Health Safety, and Farmers Insurance Group. CFSC is encouraging folks to submit questions for the panel. Please submit only appropriate questions that will facilitate relevant and stimulating discussions. Space is available at each venue for local Fire Safe Councils to showcase their accomplishments, materials, photos and more! Only ten tables (approximately 8-feet long) are available at each location. Space will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Limit one table per Fire Safe Council. Farmers Insurance Group is offering a $75 stipend for eligible nonprofit organizations attending the event, to subsidize travel costs. Carpooling is encouraged as only one stipend is available per organization. Eligible organizations include, but may not be limited to: Fire Safe Councils, homeowners associations, Resource Conservation Districts, community associations. Please be sure to include a mailing address when you register for the event, as the check will be mailed to your organization after the event.
